- Prior Leave Application: A leave application is mandatory for absences exceeding two days.
- Compulsory Attendance: Students must be present on the first day after long holidays (e.g., Dussehra, Diwali, Christmas).
- Medical Leave: Absences due to medical reasons must be supported by a valid medical certificate.
- Uninformed Absence: Continuous absence without prior notice for two weeks may result in the student's name being removed from the school rolls.
